We stayed for 5 days. The experience with the park caretakers Lyle and Trish Was amazing. They help us understand some of the local customs. We would and will go there again. Also a mention the pool was one of the cleanest I have ever used.

Great little caravan park right opposite the pub. Went in the office season so didn't need to book, highly recommend booking way in advance for peak fossicking season. Beautifully kept and clean.

Awesome caravan park stay in our motor home. Very friendly owners and in a lovely setting. Road ways and path are properly finished with gravel to keep the dust down. Everything was clean, tidy and well cared for. Good amenities and just across the road from the pub. Lovely pool for a quick dip to cool off.

I don't think I would return as the Manager seemed to care more about water people were "wasting" as opposed to providing a service for the fee he charged. Left us feeling a little underwhelmed. However, Rubyvale and Saphire themselves were great to visit with fossicking opportunities everywhere. We were in a caravan, so I can't comment on the rooms.

Lovely camp site - beautifully cared for and very clean. Great value and also has coin operated washing machines. Bought some bags of wash from reception and found some great little sapphires. They lent us the sieves to sift through and have a corner of the site dedicated to wash and sorting for sapphires.
